Carajillo

This drink is very popular after dinner in Mexico, it is perfect as a digestive after dinner. One sip of this two-ingredient drink and you will taste the magic. Accompany your desserts with a carajillo and enjoy some conversations with mom, family or friends.
- First make a very strong espresso or coffee. Place the María Dolores Puro Corazón Mezcal and the other ingredients in a shaker and shake with ice.
- Next, in the glass where you are going to serve it, add the ice, the María Dolores Puro Corazón Mezcal, the Licor 43 and stir them.
- Then slowly pour the coffee onto a spoon – it should form a layer on top.
- Now you are ready to enjoy a truly Mexican cocktail.
