SIERRA NEGRA

Like a hard-working person, it has a strong character and is fresh on the palate. The mixture of its notes makes it a mezcal with a unique freshness.

By smell: At first, a predominant fruity note, mineral touches that added to the first create an aromatic balance and give it a unique freshness.

To taste: Spicy flavours at the start, nutmeg and cinnamon; then, an evolution to mineral notes almost like limestone or sea salt, ending with notes of rosemary or lavender.
